I've been with is Sutherland Global Services. I also work there for more than a year as a customer and sales representative. We answer all the customer's questions about their account, especially about their billing issues. We also sell the product on top of it, as well as answer inquiries via email. It's a Telecommunication account as well based in the US (AT&T)
